Job summary

Equisoft, a global provider of digital solutions for insurance and investment, seeks a Principal, AI for Services Delivery to drive AI across the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to testing. You will influence multiple regions, build playbooks, and govern AI usage to accelerate implementations.

You will lead governance, tooling, and workflows to achieve 25%+ effort reduction on carrier projects, training teams across the USA, Canada, Caribbean, LATAM, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery with AI/automation experience.
• Track record of introducing AI or automation into a delivery organization.
• Experience leading initiatives across distributed, multi-region teams.
• Strong organization, prioritization, influence, and training skills.
• Experience with AI governance in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the approach for using AI across requirements, use case definition, configuration, integration, and test case generation.
• Turn AI ideas into tools, playbooks and reusable workflows for delivery.
• Innovate with AI in implementations, especially around configuration and automation.
• Build an AI governance framework: approved tools, outputs review, and sign-off processes.
• Drive 25%+ effort reduction on Equisoft implementations and track progress regionally.
• Develop workflows for generating OIPA rules, SQL, user stories, and automated tests.
• Select and develop tools supporting delivery, including MCP integrations with Atlassian and Azure DevOps.
• Deploy standards/playbooks across regions: USA, Canada, Caribbean, LATAM, EMEA/APAC, India GCC.
• Train delivery leads and practitioners on approved tools and workflows.
• Adapt rollout to regional maturity; audit teams against AI standards and flag deviations.
• Report compliance and effort-reduction metrics to leadership; manage data/IP risk.
