Job summary

Bowery Residents' Committee (BRC) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse NYC roles. You will coordinate candidate outreach, interviews, and contingent offers while leveraging AI screening tools to accelerate selection.

The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers. The position offers a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with regular collaboration across programs, community partners, and the HR team.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in recruitment or HR or related customer-facing roles.
• Comfort with learning and using AI and technology to support recruitment activities.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically about filling positions and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from posting through contingent offer.
• Review resumes, outreach to candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Use AI screener to efficiently screen and engage candidates.
• Coordinate panel and non-panel interviews and manage offers.
• Maintain candidate records and activity in ADP.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates.
• Develop sourcing strategies including community partnerships and non-traditional channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach.
• Meet recruiting goals and support process improvements.
