Role Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process for assigned positions from candidate outreach through contingent offer. This position coordinates interviews, manages candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and ensures vacancies are filled in a timely manner. In addition to supporting the panel interview process, Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for maintaining non-panel positions, building candidate pipelines, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Recruiting Coordinators are expected to use AI and other recruitment tools to help identify and screen candidates efficiently and are responsible for continuously looking for creative and strategic ways to fill their assigned positions, including sourcing beyond traditional job boards when needed.

Working Conditions
Fast-paced recruiting environment with a high volume of requisitions and candidates. Regular interaction with candidates, hiring managers, HR team members, and other internal and external partners. May require participation in onsite recruiting activities, including panel interviews, hiring events, job fairs, community outreach, and other recruiting events. Requires frequent use of computers, applicant tracking systems, ADP, AI recruiting tools, email, phone, and other technology. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a recruiting team.May require occasional travel to BRC programs or community recruiting events.
