Job summary

At BRC, the Director of Recruitment leads strategic and operational efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across multiple NYC locations. The role focuses on AI-powered screening, proactive sourcing, and building sustainable pipelines to meet organizational staffing needs.

You will partner with senior leadership, implement streamlined processes, and drive recruiter accountability while ensuring compliance and a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive recruitment leadership experience.
• Experience leading high-volume recruitment operations in a complex, multi-site organization.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing recruitment metrics, dashboards, workforce analytics, and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, develop staff, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with staffing needs.
• Lead the evolution of the recruitment model to improve outcomes and streamline processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs and build proactive strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations from requisition to start date.
• Lead AI-powered screening and interview workflows and drive automation.
• Develop long-term sourcing partnerships and diverse talent pipelines.
• Use data to identify trends and present workforce planning recommendations.
