The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) seeks a Strategic Communications and Marketing Specialist for AI Programs in Silver Spring, MD. This full-time role manages campaigns end-to-end across strategic communications, content, SEO, marketing automation, and paid media to reach nurses with impactful AI and digital-health programs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in digital marketing, strong writing, and hands-on SEO/analytics and CRM experience.

Qualifications

Five (5) or more years in digital marketing, spanning SEO, content strategy, paid media, and marketing automation.
Strong writing and editing skills with audience-appropriate messaging.
Hands-on experience with SEO, analytics tools, CRM/email platforms, and paid media.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage communications and marketing strategies and plans for the program, ensuring defined KPIs are met.
Devise and run campaigns across paid, owned, and shared channels, including social media and Google Ads.
Develop and execute personalized content journeys and continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs.
Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative to maximize ROI.
Oversee influencer partnerships to extend program reach and credibility.
Identify AI tools and innovations that improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution and coordinate across teams and vendors.
Use project management tools to track deliverables and reporting.
Monitor performance through analytics dashboards and produce insights and recommendations.
