Job summary

The American Nurses Association (ANA) is seeking a Program Manager, AI, Nursing & Digital Health to lead grant-funded initiatives at the intersection of nursing practice and AI. You will develop relationships with clients and stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely documentation and reporting.

You will oversee program schedules, assist with reports, and provide subject-matter support on AI-enabled initiatives that enhance nursing practice and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing and active RN license.
• Eight-plus years of overall experience, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience evaluating AI, digital health technologies, clinical informatics or healthcare innovation.
• Proficient MS Office and SharePoint skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Nurse Planner for continuing nursing education activities, ensuring alignment with accreditation criteria.
• Collaborate with SMEs, faculty, planners, and stakeholders to identify educational needs and outcomes.
• Review educational materials for alignment with nursing standards and documentation requirements.
• Support disclosure, mitigation, and documentation for financial relationships and compliance.
• Coordinate evaluation tools, learner feedback, and records to support CE processes.
• Monitor outcomes and inform improvements in nursing education programs.
• Coordinate and support AI-related programs across Nursing Programs and enterprise teams.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
