Job summary

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) seeks a Strategic Communications and Marketing Specialist, AI Programs in Silver Spring, MD. You will lead campaigns across strategy, content, SEO, marketing automation, and paid media, using AI tools to improve efficiency and ROI.

You'll own end-to-end campaigns, manage internal and external partners, and help shape how ANE reaches the nursing community with data-driven strategies and creative execution. Grant-funded for 3 years.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Strategic Marketing.
Five (5) or more years in digital marketing across SEO, content strategy, paid media, and marketing automation.
Strong writing and editing, with audience-appropriate messaging.
Experience using AI tools in marketing/communications workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage communications and marketing strategies and plans for the program, ensuring KPIs.
Run campaigns across paid, owned, and shared channels including social media and Google Ads.
Create personalized content journeys and continuously A/B test subject lines and CTAs.
Oversee audience targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize ROI.
Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution with internal teams and vendors.
Monitor performance via analytics dashboards and produce insights reports.
