Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Business Development Financial Analyst to support the BD function and operations with financial analysis, market intelligence, and AI-enabled insights to drive revenue growth, NOI, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and ready to partner with leadership to shape strategy, prepare presentations, and identify opportunities across managed portfolios in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate analytics, multifamily operations, or business intelligence.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide underwriting and financial analysis for prospective management opportunities.
Analyze client portfolios and identify operational improvement opportunities for proposals.
Assist in preparing business development presentations, case studies, and financial exhibits.
Conduct due diligence and operational assessments on prospective client portfolios.
Develop financial comparisons showing Pegasus' ability to improve NOI and asset value.
Research ownership groups, investors, lenders, and key decision makers for opportunities.
