Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Enterprise AI Platform Associate Apprentice in Carmel, IN to learn and support our AI platform within a global security company. You will assist with onboarding, user support, and governance while coordinating with IT, HR, and Legal teams.

The role emphasizes curiosity, service mindset, and willingness to learn new technology and tools through hands-on experience and apprenticeships.

• Eligible for TechPoint Indiana Adult Apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily triage of user questions, access and license requests, and support tickets for our AI platform.
• Shadow senior team members during onboarding sessions, office hours, and training to learn adoption and enablement.
• Support onboarding, basic setup, and troubleshooting of AI tools for business users.
• Assist in writing, reviewing, and updating platform documentation, user guides, FAQs, and internal communications.
• Gather evidence and documentation to support responsible AI goals, including usage policies and governance reviews.
• Track adoption and usage metrics and help prepare simple reports for the team.
