Job summary

Guardian Protection Products seeks an Associate, AI Analyst to help execute enterprise AI strategy and governance. You will assist with training delivery, lead use case workshops, and help create value cases and ROI analyses for AI initiatives.

The role involves researching new technologies, building PoCs, and ensuring policy-compliant tool usage. Hybrid work arrangement in Ohio with occasional travel; reports to the Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or tech consulting.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Governance: assist in executing governance frameworks.
• Training & Enablement: lead and support AI tool trainings.
• Use Case Development: collaborate in workshops to refine AI use cases.
• Value Case Creation: help build ROI analyses for AI initiatives.
• Emerging Technology Research: develop PoC and production-ready solutions.
• Policy Adherence: ensure alignment with AI policies during tool use.
• Data Solutions: define requirements, aid in data analysis and modeling.
• Tool Implementation Support: assist deployment and integration of AI tools.
• Team Collaboration: work with offshore teams and cross-functional units.
