Marsh’s Guy Carpenter Operations / Operational Change team in New York/Chicago seeks a seasoned AI leader to drive AI solutions across reinsurance operations. The role is hybrid, requiring three in-office days weekly, with opportunities to shape AI strategy and deliver production-grade capabilities that create measurable business value.

You will translate complex ML concepts, manage cross-functional teams, ensure governance, and build change-management programs that accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in process re-engineering, data science, AI/ML, product management, strategy, or operations consulting.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning and generative AI with hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven track record translating business problems into AI use cases in financial services or reinsurance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI use cases across the reinsurance value chain.
• Execute AI strategy for reinsurance broking operations with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver generative AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions for stakeholders.
• Establish best practices across the AI lifecycle, governance, and model risk considerations.
• Drive change management and capability-building initiatives to accelerate adoption.
