Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative team-first mindset, and familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, and digital workflow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, prioritization, and execution of operational improvement initiatives across the reinsurance value chain.
• Assist with current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
• Develop structured project plans, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work on time and within scope.
• Assist in design and implementation of process reengineering, including SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training material development, and adoption tracking.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure impact, and support decision-making.
• Prepare briefing materials and decks for monthly and quarterly business reviews and senior leadership presentations.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization through strong analytical skills and disciplined execution.
