Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an Investments AI Enablement Lead to accelerate how investment professionals use AI for research, decision‑making, and portfolio insight.

You will translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical workflows across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset teams. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and researchers to improve prompting, select right tools, and ensure reliable, compliant AI‑driven investment support across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Investments, CS, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Typically 4+ years of experience working with investment professionals.
• Clear passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on use of multiple AI platforms.
• Experience in AI enablement, product management, or investment technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and practical applications in investment management.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AI adoption across Investments by staying current on emerging AI technologies and delivering structured training for investment workflows.
• Improve AI-assisted workflows by refining prompting, tool selection, and methods to improve quality and accuracy.
• Guide agentic workflows and influence product evolution with feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Promote responsible use through safety, compliance, and data stewardship in training and workflows.
• Measure outcomes such as time savings and workflow improvements to inform future training and product enhancements.
