Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Sales Enablement AI Architect to design and scale AI-powered enablement experiences for sellers, partners, and the enablement team. You will operate at the intersection of AI strategy, platform architecture, and change management to drive measurable outcomes.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work model, you will partner across GTM teams to deploy governance, adoption strategies, and scalable AI solutions across CRM, LMS, and content tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture, AI strategy, or go-to-market transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflows and enablement solutions.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and governance for enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for AI-powered sales enablement and governance.
• Define architecture for AI-enabled seller experiences and learning paths.
• Design AI and retrieval-augmented generation solutions for opportunity prep and account research.
• Integrate AI across enablement tech stack (CRM, LMS, content management).
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps with measurable outcomes (ramp time, productivity, content usage).
• Lead workshops and executive presentations to explain AI capabilities and risks.
