- Ability to translate needs into practical AI use cases and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define AI-enabled seller experiences and guided learning paths.
- Design agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate AI across CRM, LMS, and enablement tools.
- Develop governance for AI content, approvals, and branding.
- Lead workshops and executive reviews on AI capabilities and ROI.
