Job summary

IDX is seeking a driven Project Coordinator to turn complexity into clarity and keep projects moving. You will support the Customer Success team, coordinate multiple client projects, and leverage AI to streamline workflows while maintaining meticulous documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination or account coordination roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills for fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.
Proactive problem-solving and solution orientation with AI/tech familiarity.

Responsibilities

Serve as the operational backbone for the Customer Success team, coordinating projects and client requests with accuracy.
Own project coordination across multiple clients by tracking priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and next steps.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve documentation and productivity.
Prepare for and coordinate client meetings, build agendas, capture notes, and distribute recaps.
Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and internal knowledge resources.
