Job summary

DSplus, a Saatchi & Saatchi company, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to coordinate and manage projects from intake to delivery. This role acts as the communication hub between account, creative, and production teams to ensure on-time, accurate results while driving AI-enabled improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities with clear cross-team communication in a hybrid work environment that blends in-office and remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, workflow coordination, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from request intake through final delivery.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and due dates.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and status updates.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Route projects through creative development, proofing, review, and approval processes.
• Track revisions and ensure feedback is communicated and incorporated appropriately.
• Ensure final deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve project workflows and reduce administrative effort.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support project planning, status reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, and workflow management.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
