Polaris Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to architect scalable learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes. You will analyze performance needs, develop learning strategies, and create experiences that improve learner proficiency and operational performance using AI-enabled tools.

You will collaborate with teams, lead initiatives end-to-end, and ensure accessibility and integration with learning platforms while evaluating impact with learner analytics and business data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years designing and implementing digital learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and modern eLearning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning experiences using digital, AI-enabled, and multimedia technologies.
• Create learning objectives, content strategies, and evaluation criteria aligned with business needs.
• Develop scenario-based and experiential learning to support knowledge retention and behavior change.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify performance needs and connect learning to business outcomes.
• Lead learning initiatives from strategy through implementation with quality and timelines in mind.
