Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Consultant to drive strategic digital learning initiatives in a hybrid Chicago or Peoria setting.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools and agile methods to design, develop, and maintain scalable, role-based learning programs across dealer and customer audiences, partnering with SMEs and external vendors to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years in L&D, preferably supporting digital initiatives.
• Ability to assess learning needs and develop role-based curricula.
• Experience with content optimization and agile or iterative development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and translate findings into role-specific learning objectives.
• Design and develop curricula targeting specific roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training aligns with priorities.
• Engage SMEs and gather actionable feedback to inform learning design and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships across departments to secure SME participation for projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to implement high-quality training programs.
• Apply adult learning theories to enhance learner engagement.
• Align learning initiatives with business objectives and measure impact on performance.
