Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5+ years of instructional design experience.

• Proficient with eLearning authoring tools and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Create web-based training, eLearning modules, ILT, and job aids.
• Translate complex content into engaging learning experiences to support business outcomes.
• Apply user-centered design to improve learner engagement and retention.
• Develop digital learning assets using modern authoring tools and AI-enabled content.
