You will leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content development and adoption across dealer and customer audiences, while aligning with business objectives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, design of scalable curricula, and continuous improvement of learning experiences in a Fortune 100 company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or related field with 5-7 years of experience
• Experience creating role-based curricula and scalable learning solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and define role-specific objectives
• Design and develop curricula targeting specific roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate input from cross-functional stakeholders to align training with priorities
• Engage SMEs and secure end-user access for feedback and improvement
• Partner across departments to enable SME participation and direct learner input
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality training
• Apply adult learning theories to improve learner engagement
• Measure impact of learning initiatives on performance and business outcomes
• Plan change management strategies for adoption of new learning initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery and clear project scope, funding, and timelines
• Drive scalable design approaches for maintenance and adoption
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Test new methods to sustain long-term learning impact
