Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks an AI & Digital Transformation Lead to design, develop, and maintain automated business solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Gemini AI. The role blends program management support with data integration and advanced reporting for US Navy customers.

The position offers hybrid work with on-site days at DC Naval Shipyard and a focus on collaborating with client teams to meet deadlines and deliver scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint, canvas and model-driven apps, and strong presentation/requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Power BI for KPIs and presentations.
• Experience using AI tools for workflow creation, automation, data analysis, and natural language agents.
• Interest in learning PowerApps development and maintenance.
• Ability to unify datasets across apps; proficient in data importing/exporting/transforming.
• Strong prompt crafting skills for AI-powered tasks and agent instructions.
• Ability to create clear, structured reports from diverse inputs.
• Experience in developing scheduled automated reports via SharePoint/Teams or other channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Share and create AI prompts with the client to streamline reports and Gemini AI documents.
• Backup maintenance of SharePoint lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Draft business requirements and POAM to create scalable PowerApps solutions with on-site client coordination.
• Support exporting/importing monthly reports when team lead is out.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal friction across teams.
• Maintain and enhance applications within organizational standards.
• Document processes, data structures, and solution architecture with AI prompts.
• Lead in-person brown bags to increase user adoption of Gemini AI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
