Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer (AI-Enhanced Solutions) to design, develop, and maintain modern automated business solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, and AI-driven tools for Navy program support. The role is hybrid with several onsite days at the DC Naval Shipyard and requires a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include building scalable PowerApps, leveraging Gemini AI, and delivering automated reports and dashboards while collaborating with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant expertise with strong presentation and business requirements gathering.
• Experience with SharePoint skills including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Familiarity with Power BI for KPIs and presentations.
• Experience using AI tools for workflow creation, automation, data analysis, and natural language agents.

Responsibilities

• Share and create AI Prompts with client to streamline reports and create documents using Gemini AI.
• Backup and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and automated workflows.
• Draft business requirements POAM to create scalable PowerApps applications meeting stakeholder requirements on-site with the client.
• Backup for exporting/importing monthly reports when team lead is out.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal friction.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications within organizational standards.
• Document processes, workflows, data structures, and solution architecture with AI prompts.
• Lead in-person brown bags on techniques and increase user adoption of Gemini AI.
