Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking an AI & Digital Tools Integrator to join our team at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. This role identifies, evaluates, and integrates AI, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and other digital tools to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance mission effectiveness.

You will design, develop, and maintain web apps, automated workflows, dashboards, and collaboration solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint,

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance
• 5+ years supporting DoD in web app development, automation, or related roles
• Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise AI and automation
• Hands-on Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations for data-driven decisions
• Experience modernizing legacy processes through workflow automation and AI-enabled tech
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives for STARCOM/S1
• Coordinate with STARCOM Chief Data and AI Office to align with enterprise AI strategies
• Research, evaluate, and implement government-approved AI and digital tools
• Design and maintain apps, workflows, dashboards using Power Platform and SharePoint
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and automate workflows
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for workforce insights
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for adoption of AI and digital tools
• Manage full lifecycle of digital transformation projects including documentation
