Job summary

Bowhead seeks a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer (AI-Enhanced Solutions) to design, develop, and maintain automated business solutions for US Navy clients. This hybrid role requires on-site work at DC Naval Shipyard with a focus on PowerApps, SharePoint, and Gemini AI prompts.

The candidate will build intelligent workflows, integrate data across apps, and deliver automated reports while enhancing user adoption of AI tools and maintaining system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years with PowerApps canvas and model-driven apps.
• Experience with SharePoint development and automations.
• Familiarity with Power BI for metrics and presentations.
• Ability to unify datasets and transform data.
• Experience using AI tools for workflow, data analysis, and NLP tasks.
• Strong prompts/agent instruction writing skills.
• Clear, structured reporting using multiple inputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated business solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, and AI tools.
• Create and maintain intelligent workflows and automated reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with client coordination on-site.
• Lead user adoption activities and share best practices for AI model usage.
