Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an AI Services Consultant to lead technical delivery and guidance for customers implementing the AI-powered Resolution Platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, enabling rapid value realization through configuration, integration, and optimization across complex environments.

The role requires strong consulting, project management, and technical skills, with a focus on adoption analytics, REST APIs, and scalable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Consulting / Professional Services.
• Experience in go-to-customer / GTM roles in enterprise tech / SaaS.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and working with large JSON bodies.
• Python experience preferred; adoption analytics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and guidance to drive AI platform adoption and value.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI projects with defined scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align AI Roadmap and address blockers.
• Translate complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders and non‑technical customers.
