Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Consulting / Professional Services.
• Experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles in enterprise tech/SaaS.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and large JSON bodies.
• Python experience preferred.
• Experience using adoption analytics to predict churn and expansion.
• Experience designing success plans or roadmaps that drive outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/CS/Engineering; advanced degrees or AI strategy/project management certs preferred.
• Experience managing AI or software adoption programs with measurable business impact.
• Excellent program management and cross‑functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing Zendesk AI products.
• Facilitate change management and deliver consultative sessions for smooth AI adoption.
• Own timely and successful delivery of AI projects.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and opportunities for upsell.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align on AI roadmaps.
• Translate customer goals into effective configurations, integrations, and designs.
