Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Consulting / Professional Services.
• Experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles in enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Ability to distill complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and remove roadblocks for customers on Zendesk AI Platform.
• Lead end-to-end AI projects with clear scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align on AI Roadmap.
• Deliver consultative sessions for adoption and change management.
