Job summary

Citi is hiring a Director, Product Manager for AI Solutions in Investor Services. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will lead the strategy and delivery of Generative AI capabilities across custody, funds, and data solutions.

You will bridge product, engineering and operations, turning prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade AI applications aligned with Citi's platforms and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
• Significant experience across product development and engineering with AI/ML-driven products, especially Generative AI.
• Deep engineering and architecture expertise with cloud, distributed systems and modern software practices.
• Proven problem solver with data-driven approach and innovative mindset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in agile product development and familiarity with Investor Services or capital markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner and deliver Investor Services AI strategy across custody, funds, securities finance and data solutions.
• Translate business challenges into AI-powered product solutions and drive discovery and rapid prototyping.
• Provide deep technical and architectural leadership for scalable AI deployments.
• Lead discovery workshops and co-create prototypes with clients and internal teams.
• Drive forward engineering and prototyping to production-ready solutions within enterprise standards.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from prototype to industrialized products with security and compliance in mind.
• Collaborate across data science, software engineering and operations teams.
• Stay informed about Generative AI trends and translate them into business value for Investor Services.
