Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior AI & Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and generative AI solutions that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, or AI with enterprise deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and generative AI frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, sales analytics, and enterprise data environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), MLOps, and visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and generative AI solutions to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, pipeline health, lead scoring, and territory planning.
• Build AI copilots, intelligences assistants, and RAG solutions to improve seller productivity.
• Analyze CRM, sales, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and IT to deliver scalable AI use cases.
• Maintain production-ready AI models and MLOps processes with monitoring.
