Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Graduate Sales Representative for an Upington, Northern Cape role. You will build relationships, identify opportunities and present agricultural product lines to customers. The position blends field sales with remote administration and reporting.

You will receive comprehensive training, support to develop your sales skills, and a pathway to grow within a thriving agricultural distributor. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and to work hybrid.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Promote and sell the company’s agricultural products.
