HTC Global Services seeks a Technical Program Manager – Agile in Dearborn, MI, to plan and oversee technology projects and programs. The role requires applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies while coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage Agile ceremonies, define project scope, track velocity and delivery metrics, and communicate status with stakeholders across organizations.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in IT.
• 3 years of experience in Program Management.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience managing Agile ceremonies and cadences.
• Experience with project reporting, delivery metrics, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating testing, QA, and UAT activities.
• Experience with Cyber Security.
• Experience with Archer tooling.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working with AI.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee technology projects and programs.
• Develop project plans, scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with IT teams and vendors.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cadences.
• Provide management status updates and risk reporting.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate testing, QA, and UAT across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with GRC, data analytics, cyber, and risk teams.
• Translate long-term objectives into actionable roadmaps.
