Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee technology implementation and upgrade projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget while applying agile and other development lifecycles.

The role emphasizes Scrum/Agile practices, reporting, and stakeholder communication, with hybrid onsite work 4 days a week in Michigan. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

6+ years in IT with 3+ years in program management.
Proven track record delivering complex projects.
Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum and Jira.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans and define scope, goals, and deliverables for enterprise tech initiatives.
Drive problem solving and continuous improvement with IT teams and vendors.
Facilitate development by coordinating internal teams and external providers.
Communicate status updates to stakeholders with clear metrics.
Identify risks and create mitigation plans to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
Translate long-term objectives into actionable roadmaps with engineering teams.
Guide execution by applying Agile/Waterfall and other lifecycles.
