Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, onsite and offsite.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital product development, Agile delivery, project management, or program management.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and coach cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level delivery by coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement through Scrum practices and coaching.
• Communicate program progress and risks in an executive-ready manner.
• Maintain transparent delivery information, metrics, and Agile planning tools.
