Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is hiring a full-time Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead delivery for an enterprise ERP transformation across Chicago, Peoria, IL, and Dallas, TX in a hybrid setting.

The role blends project management with Scrum mastery, facilitating ceremonies, managing dependencies, and driving delivery commitments with Azure DevOps. You will partner with product managers and engineers to ensure clear stories, metrics, and transparent status reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, with 5+ years in Agile PM/Scrum Master roles.
• Degree not required; extensive PM/SM experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices; drive continuous improvement
• Decompose and prioritize work in Azure DevOps; maintain a healthy backlog aligned to delivery commitments
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies clearly
• Remove impediments and escalate risks as needed
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams and workstreams to drive alignment and delivery predictability
• Support PI Planning, sprint planning, and release planning activities
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards and reports for progress visibility
• Communicate delivery status and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
• Foster collaboration and accountability across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams
