Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Agentforce and Data 360 in the Seattle/Bellevue area. You will be the first point of contact for customers navigating these products, building deep product expertise, and delivering exceptional support experiences.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, knowledge of web technologies, and experience with Salesforce CRM. US citizenship is required for government customer work; bilingual skills are a plus in Portuguese,

Formación

• Demonstrated skill in software customer support or software customer service in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or APEX.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM applications and other cloud-based technologies preferred.
• API / programming experience
• Big data experience
• Experience with Database concepts, Data management (RDBMS), and SQL
• Salesforce Developer, Agentforce, Data 360 Certification is a plus
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce technologies.
• US Citizenship to support our specific customers
• Bilingual Portuguese, French or Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers facing challenges navigating Data 360 and Agentforce products.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Explain features and best practices; manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and knowledge content creation.
• Research, document, and prioritize customer issues; escalate when needed.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
