Qualifications

• Experience in software customer support in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or APEX).
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM apps and cloud technologies preferred.
• API/programming experience and big data experience.
• Database concepts, data management (RDBMS) and SQL knowledge.
• Salesforce Developer, Agentforce, Data 360 certifications a plus.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce tech.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers navigating Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Explain features and best practices; manage customer expectations.
• Participate in training activities and keep knowledge content current.
• Research, document, and prioritize customer issues; escalate when needed.
• Multitask and perform under pressure; contribute to knowledge base.
