Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Technical Leadwith strong hands-on development expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with practical development skills to design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions incorporating AI-driven capabilities.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide development activities, contribute to solution architecture, integrate Salesforce AI and data capabilities, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Candidates should have strong experience with Salesforce platform development and a demonstrated ability to implement Agentforce capabilities within sales and service workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and technical delivery.
