Food Lifeline in Seattle seeks an Internal Communications Lead to build and strengthen how information flows across our organization and coordinate with agency network and community partners. This is a role blending strategy and execution, from CEO messaging to staff-facing communication systems.

You will establish processes, templates, and rhythms to improve organizational clarity, coach leaders on messaging, and help staff access information quickly as we evolve this function from the ground

Qualifications

• Ability to turn complexity into clarity.
• Ability to influence across departments without formal authority.
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on writing/editing/organizing.
