Food Lifeline is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and the people who make that work possible. This fully onsite, non-exempt role requires being onsite at Food Lifeline in the Seattle area.

The role focuses on moving food safely and efficiently through receiving, replenishment, inventory movement, order fulfillment, staging and distribution, while leading and developing staff and creating a culture of safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or food distribution is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and oversee receiving, replenishment, inventory movement, order fulfillment, staging and distribution.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff; set daily priorities and coordinate resources.
• Address operational challenges and help foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, inclusion and continuous improvement.
