DeWinter Group is seeking a Referral & Advocacy Growth Lead to own our referral programs from ideation to scale. You will shape customer pathways that convert satisfied users into ambassadors, partnering with product, legal, security, and marketing to test strategies and measure impact.

This hybrid Mountain View role requires strategic thinking, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to move quickly in a matrixed environment while ensuring program integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer growth, lifecycle marketing, or referrals
• Proven track record of managing growth programs end-to-end
• Deep understanding of referral mechanics and fraud prevention
• Able to work cross-functionally with product, legal, security, and compliance
• Experience embedding growth in the customer experience
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, matrixed environment adaptive

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end referral experience from ideation to scale.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build, test, and optimize referral initiatives.
• Define measurement framework and drive accountability for results.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and security to ensure program integrity.
