Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional service to advisors within a defined territory. The role blends relationship management, advisor enablement, and AI-assisted service delivery in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

You will work in a hybrid model with on‑site days, respond across channels, and use approved AI tools to enhance research, guidance, and service quality while preserving human judgment and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office; comfortable with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, proactive client servicing to advisors within a defined territory.
• Respond to advisor inquiries via phone, email, or chat with timely resolution.
• Guide and educate advisors on systems, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, summarize interactions, and surface insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent service coverage and risk management.
• Maintain compliance and protect sensitive information in a regulated environment.
