Job summary

Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver proactive relationship support for advisors within a defined territory. The role blends relationship management with AI‑assisted service delivery to enhance efficiency and create a personalized advisor experience.

The position requires strong communication and collaboration in a fast‑paced, regulated financial environment, with three days on-site per week in a hybrid work model. Candidates located near an Orion office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in client service or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team‑based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely and accurate resolution.
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and maintain coverage.
• Guide advisors on systems, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Support advisor adoption and effective use of Orion platforms and tools.
