Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services or business-related field.
• Experience in client service or financial services preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely, accurate resolution.
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors in the territory to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and maintain coverage.
• Guide advisors on systems, custodial requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Promote adoption of Orion platforms and AI-enabled tools with ongoing education.
• Use AI-generated insights to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and service improvement.
• Analyze requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
