Job summary

Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver proactive relationship support to advisors within an assigned territory, combining relationship management, advisor enablement, and AI-assisted service delivery. You will operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment while maintaining human judgment and accountability.

The role is hybrid, requiring three or more on-site days weekly at one of the office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely and accurate resolution.
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate to balance workload and maintain consistent service coverage.
• Guide advisors on systems, custodial requirements, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Support advisor adoption and use of Orion platforms via ongoing education.
• Use AI-generated insights to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and service improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high attention to detail in servicing activities.
