Job summary

Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead the client services team, ensure exceptional advisor and client satisfaction, and drive business growth. This hybrid role requires three or more days on-site weekly at a designated office with commuting location in reach.

You will manage performance metrics, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality service while maintaining Orion's standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and delivering exceptional service.
• Experience in financial services and Orion processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage team members to ensure an unparalleled advisor experience.
• Measure, document, and report performance metrics at the team and individual level.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members through accountability and development.
• Analyze team servicing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coach and review team performance on an ongoing basis.
• Interact with advisors/clients to resolve servicing concerns and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate activities across departments including sales, operations, product, and development.
• Manage vendor relationships for accuracy and ease of use for Orion and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry and Orion requirements across the team.
• Monitor client Net Promoter Scores and drive improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client services.
