You will leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, summarize interactions, surface advisor insights, and reduce administrative effort while maintaining human judgment and accountability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support advisors in a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries with timely, accurate resolution.
