Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver proactive service to advisors within an assigned territory. The role blends relationship management, operational execution, and AI-assisted service to enhance accuracy and efficiency while complying with regulatory requirements.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in client service or financial services, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance.
• Minimum two years in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely resolution.
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors in the territory.
• Provide guidance on systems, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Apply AI-generated insights to identify proactive outreach opportunities.
