Allegion seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team across North American facilities. You’ll drive process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions while partnering with automation, controls, and product design teams.

You’ll join a hybrid work model and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Procurement to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience improving manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with capital equipment projects and process automation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with sound judgment.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and effective communication.
• Proficiency with problem-solving methods (Lean/Six Sigma).

Responsabilités

• Support manufacturing process improvements across lines and facilities to enhance safety, quality, and throughput.
• Lead or support capital projects from scoping to ramp-up for equipment and process upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and drive improvements.
• Develop SME capabilities and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Document processes and standard work for knowledge sharing across AME.
