In this role, you’ll work independently on assigned projects — supporting process improvements, equipment and automation upgrades, and new product introductions — while building deeper expertise across the full range of AME's manufacturing disciplines.
We’re looking for a well‑rounded manufacturing engineer looking to learn and make a difference.
Supporting electro‑mechanical and fabrication/machining process improvements (e.g., sheet metal, welding, machining, etc.), partnering with subject matter experts as needed, is a growth focus area for this role.

This role is based at our Carmel, IN facility. Time will be split between office, onsite manufacturing floor, and remote work as business and project needs require. While this is the current structure and we currently have no plans to change, we reserve the right to make changes to the hybrid schedule as needed at the Company's discretion.
